The 2015 Fitness Challenge will begin on Monday January 5, 2015.
If you would like to join the challenge; please let me know by Saturday January 3, 2015.
The challenge is 8 weeks long.
The entry fee is $25.
The challenge packet can be sent via email or snail mail.
Participants log points to compete against themselves and each other.
Online coaching is available.
Cash prizes are awarded to the participant with the highest percent of weight lost AND to the participant with the highest total points.
